  • Address registration is time-sensitive

    Serbia’s official portal for foreigners states that whoever provides a foreigner’s accommodation, whether paid or as a host, must register the foreigner within 24 hours of providing it. Arrival & Home Setup includes coordinating this with your landlord.

FAQ

Can I book arrival services without a residence package?

Several can be booked on their own, including the rental search with move-in inspection, scouting visit, document preparation and bank or healthcare onboarding. Arrival & Home Setup is offered alongside the Essential, Managed and White Glove packages.

Who pays the estate agency?

Any agency fee is disclosed before viewings and paid at cost. Rent and deposits are paid directly by you.
