Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal information we collect when you use this website or contact us, why we use it, and the choices you have.
Last updated: October 13, 2026
What we collect
When you send a request, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, nationality, who is moving, the services you are interested in, your timeline and your message.
Please do not send passport numbers, identity documents or health information through the website form. If we need documents, we will agree a secure way to receive them.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your request, prepare a scope and quote, and deliver the services you ask us to provide.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
We share information only where needed to deliver your services, for example with translators, notaries, agencies, insurers or authorities involved in your case, and only after telling you. Health information is shared only with your explicit consent.
We may use trusted service providers, such as email and form hosting, who process information on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to you and deliver your services, and afterwards only as long as required by law or to resolve any disputes.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. Write to hello@unlockserbia.com and we will respond.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising cookies. A “lang” cookie remembers the language you choose, and your analytics choice is saved in your browser’s local storage. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them (see Analytics).
Analytics
We use PostHog, hosted in PostHog’s US cloud, to understand how this website is used. Analytics requests are sent to PostHog through a PostHog-managed address on our own domain (j.promesolutions.com).
Before you choose, and if you decline, PostHog counts pages viewed and clicks without cookies or other identifiers stored on your device. It also receives technical information such as device type, browser and approximate location derived from your IP address. The only things kept in your browser are your choice itself and, if you decline, a marker telling PostHog not to store anything, so you are not asked again on every page.
If you accept, PostHog also uses cookies and local storage to recognise your browser across visits, and records sessions (how pages are scrolled and clicked) so we can improve the site. Form fields are masked in session recordings.
You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
